These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made on Milo Design (“we”, “us”), operated by Ignite Media COMMV — enterprise number 1033.984.267, VAT BE1033.984.267, registered office: Mouterij 9, 3190 Boortmeerbeek. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.
1. Contract formation
Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. The sales contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.
2. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in EUR and include Belgian VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated and shown before the payment step. For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may apply and are borne by the buyer.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by regulated payment service providers (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and/or Airwallex (Netherlands) B.V.). We do not store your card details on our servers. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and major European local methods as offered at checkout.
4. Delivery
Orders are shipped within the timeframe indicated on the shipping page. Delivery delays beyond 30 days entitle you to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. See the Returns & Withdrawal page for the exact procedure and the model withdrawal form.
6. Legal guarantee of conformity
Goods sold to consumers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Belgian Code of Economic Law, Book VI, Title IV, transposing Directive 2019/771/EU). The guarantee is independent of, and additional to, any commercial warranty that may be offered.
7. Liability
We are liable for direct foreseeable damage resulting from a breach of these terms, up to the amount of the order concerned. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damage to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Belgian consumer law.
8. Data protection

9. Applicable law and disputes
Belgian law — courts of Leuven, Belgium. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence. Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at hello@milodesign.eu. Online dispute resolution is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
