Data controller
Ignite Media COMMV (enterprise number 1033.984.267, VAT BE1033.984.267), registered office: Mouterij 9, 3190 Boortmeerbeek, Belgium, is the controller for personal data collected through Milo Design. Privacy requests: hello@milodesign.eu.
What we collect
- Order data: name, email, postal address, phone, order contents, shipping and billing details.
- Payment metadata: payment status and transaction reference. Card details are handled by our payment processors; we never see or store them.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser identifiers, pages visited, in server logs.
- Consent records: your cookie choices, timestamp, and banner version.
Why we process data and on what legal basis
- Performance of the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing your order, shipping, returns, customer support.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): VAT invoicing, accounting retention, fraud prevention.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): securing the site, preventing abuse, improving product quality.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): non-essential cookies, marketing communications.
How long we keep data
- Order and invoice records: 7 years (Belgian accounting law).
- Customer account and order history: until deletion request.
- Server logs: 12 months.
- Consent records: up to 36 months from last interaction.
Who we share data with (processors)
We only share personal data with service providers bound by data processing agreements. Current processors:

Shipping carriers receive delivery address data for the specific shipment only.

- rectify inaccurate data;
- request erasure where lawful;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
